While new to the Cathedral Area, Clarice Hearne, owner of 958 Campbell, was immediately drawn to her home. Working at the University of St. Francis, she decided to look for a home 2 ½ years ago and bought the very first one she looked at after calling from her cell phone from outside the home after seeing the “for sale” sign.

Clarice has used the stained glass windows of her home as the color palette for its furnishings. You’ll find examples of Craftsman and Arts & Crafts themes in the living room furniture, upholstery, and the rugs. One of the most unique items in her home are her paintings. Many have special meaning to her as some were created by artists that she personally knows or were received as gifts from loved ones. Several were acquired during travel and reflect these enjoyable journeys.

Clarice is working on several current projects at the home. She is replacing drafty dining room windows, finishing the door frame in the upstairs closet, improving the driveway, and enhancing the landscaping.
