Zoning in the Cathedral Area

CAPA was formed in 1981, primarly in response to concerns about zoning of properties in our neighborhood. Preserving the single-family character of the Cathedral Area is one of CAPA's most important responsiblities. In order to help others understand all the various aspects of zoning in the Cathedral Area, the Board of Directors has prepared a brochure which outlines all the various details you should be aware of. CAPA's Policy Concerning Bed and Breakfast's in the Cathedral Area
During the past several years, the Cathedral Area Preservation Association has been approached by a few homeowners who have expressed great interest in opening a Bed and Breakfast (B&B) in the Cathedral Area. In response to these requests, CAPA developed a series of protocols and policies in 2004 in order to address these requests in a fair and appropriate manner.
